Our Speech and Language Therapy Services
An evaluation will assess your child's specific need for speech and language therapy. Your therapist will spend time talking with you, the caregiver, as well as talking, playing, and testing your own child. Determination of therapy will be discussed with time to answer any questions you may have. Following the evaluation, a written evaluation will be completed with a custom set of goals to support your child's growth.
Speech and Language Evaluation
At Alpha Pediatric Therapy, we partner with multiple companies that provide devices and device trials to determine if a speech-generating device is needed to support your child's communication needs. We will work with you to complete funding paperwork through your insurance and provide training to support you and your child in learning to program, implement, and thrive with communication.

At Alpha Pediatric Therapy, we offer a range of speech and language therapy services to help children with communication difficulties.
At this time, we provide in-home therapy services as well as availability to meet at additional agreed upon therapy locations. Sessions are 30-60 minutes in length and vary from 1-5 times per week based on necessity. Caregivers are welcome to observe and learn skills to address your child's goals outside the therapy session.
In-Person Therapy Sessions
When outside the clinician's travel radius or just out of convenience, we are happy to provide services via a HIPAA compliant teletherapy platform. As long as you have access to a device with a camera, internet, and video capabilities, we can engage and educate your child. It also gives the caregiver an opportunity to observe and learn to implement goals in the home environment.
